Basho Beach Cottages is committed to providing our guests with a memorable and enjoyable stay. We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure that you are aware of our refund policy in case you need to cancel your reservation.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival: 50% refund
- Cancellations made 20-15days prior to arrival: 30% refund
- Cancellations made 10 day or less prior to arrival: No refund
- Early departures: No refund
Exceptions to Cancellation Policy
In certain circumstances, we may be able to offer a full or partial refund, even if you cancel within the 7-day cancellation period. This may include cases of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or medical emergencies.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make your reservation.
